Blackwood River Lamb

Fed by a Multispecies Pasture

Fed by a Multispecies Pasture

Our lambs have a great life on the river. They naturally shed their wool in summer which enables us to leave their tails on as nature intended.

We grow a multispecies pasture that improves our soils, gives our lambs a great selection to eat and increases biodiversity.

Revegetating our Creeks and Dams

Every year we have been planting native trees, shrubs and reeds along our waterways. To date we have planted more than 12,000 seedlings which provides future shelter and improves the health of our farm.

In  2022 we baselined the carbon levels  in our soil with the aim to sequester more carbon by planting deep rooting perennial and annual species. We aim to be carbon neutral in the near future.
